Job Description & Background
Hubert is rapidly expanding the Sales and Marketing team and hiring a business developer in Stockholm covering the Nordics and either Germany or France.
The BDRs will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying, engaging and qualifying new business opportunities for the Hubert Sales Team.

In this role you’ll focus on outbound prospecting and qualifying leads for our Sales team, working closely with both Marketing and Sales in one joint team under the Chief Commercial Officer to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality prospects. You’ll be supported with the latest sales enablement tools and approaches, including AI-assisted research and outreach platforms, to maximise productivity and results.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research target accounts and key decision-makers within our defined ideal customer profile (ICP).
- Execute personalised outbound outreach across multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, and phone (an increasingly important channel again!).
- Book discovery calls and demo meetings for the Sales team with qualified prospects.
Lead Qualification:
- Engage prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and potential fit for our solutions.
- Apply qualification frameworks (e.g. BANT) to ensure opportunities meet sales readiness criteria.
Pipeline Building and Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activity in our CRM (HubSpot).
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaign follow-ups, event leads, and ABM initiatives.
Tools and Process Optimisation:
- Leverage AI tools and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Amplemarket, LinkedIn) to research, personalise, and automate outreach.
- Provide feedback on messaging and campaigns to improve conversion rates.
Candidate Profile
- A strong written and verbal communicator who enjoys building rapport with new people. Competitive and persuasive.
- Languages: Must be fluent in English, plus either French or German. Other languages are a bonus.
- Resilient, persistent, and motivated by achieving (and exceeding) revenue targets.
- Previous experience (12-18mth) in a sales or business development role is preferable, ideally B2B and within SaaS or technology.
- Ambitious, and naturally curious to understand and solve customers business challenges.
- Comfortable using CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot advantageous).
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Eager to learn and adapt, with a proactive approach to finding new business opportunities.
