As a BDR at Hubert, you’ll be at the front line of our growth: identifying opportunities, connecting with decision-makers, and building the pipeline that fuels our sales engine. You’ll get access to the latest AI-powered tools, work closely with both Sales and Marketing under one ambitious team, and help shape the future of our commercial strategy.
What we’re looking for:
✅ 12–18 months of B2B sales or business development experience (ideally SaaS/tech)
✅ Fluency in English + either French or German
✅ Energetic, competitive, and motivated to exceed targets
✅ Someone who thrives on building relationships and loves the chase of new business
