We are now looking to strengthen our sales team in the region with a driven Account Executive πΌ who can accelerate our growth, win new business, and further expand Hubertβs footprint among leading employers.
The Role
As Account Executive for the Nordic region π, you will play a key role in driving our growth and success. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, Nordics, you will focus on:
- β¨ Winning new business
- π€ Building strong relationships
- π Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing in collaboration with the marketing team
This is a hands-on role where you will engage with HR, Talent Acquisition leaders, and other senior decision-makers π§βπΌπ©βπΌ across our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You will be part of a dynamic and international team π and contribute to Hubertβs continued expansion in the Nordics and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
π Sales Execution & Pipeline Management
- Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities across the Nordic market.
- Own and manage the full sales cycle, from outreach and demos to negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline information in the CRM (Hubspot).
π€ Customer Engagement
- Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders in HR, Talent Acquisition, and related functions.
- Deliver tailored product presentations and demos aligned with customer needs.
- Represent Hubert at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
π‘ Collaboration & Market Insights
- Partner with Marketing to drive qualified lead generation and campaign execution.
- Share customer and market insights with the global sales and product teams to refine go-to-market strategy.
- Contribute to team knowledge-sharing and collaborate across functions to maximize impact.
Requirements
- Proven track record of B2B SaaS sales, with a strong focus on new business development.
- Experience in consultative selling and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with senior decision-makers.
- Fluency in Swedish πΈπͺ and English π¬π§. Additional fluency in another European language is a big plus!
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
